Everyone’s comments have made my loss a little easier. I will reflect on all the good times my Heidi dog and I shared.

To me, the moment the loss does get easier on you, it's time to stop having pets because you have lost your heart. I'm nearly 50 years old and it still kills me every time I lose a pet.
