Shot the world championships steel challenge a couple of years ago when it came to USSA in Tulsa.
Picked up a Nordic forged stock on the prize table that uses a stock ruger 10-22 action and barrel. Later got a 10-22 enhanced trigger assembly on another prize table that is set for 3 lb pull and a short reset.
Put it all together this morning and shot it at the range this afternoon.
Bushnell red or green red dot for optics.
Man, this shot good.

Any chance you took any shootin' for group pics? Just curious. Many moons ago, I used to have an Anschutz 1411 that I installed an Anschutz adjustable match trigger(about 4oz. pull) on it. I shot many a one hole group with it from the prone position. Regrettably, I sold it. :cry11:

I live by a few simple rules, one of which is, "Never sell an Anschutz!". Years of misery will follow if you don't live by that rule....:D

Have not shot for groups. My game is rapid fire on steel to get a hit, not necessarily the tightest group. When I sighted it in with the red dot, the groups were 1-2" offhand as fast as I could acquire the bull and pull the trigger.

In steel challenge type of shooting, that's what you need to "Get 'er Done".
