Noisy Neighbors

So I'm sitting here, 2:40 AM, in my room, typing this because my neighbors will NOT shutup about whatever it is they're arguing about outside. They've been going at it for two hours straight. This is not the first time this has happened. They do this every few months or so and it gets worse every time. We have called the cops regularly but they don't seem to have gotten the message to STFU. I really have no idea what to do now.

Do any OSA members have advice? Particularly LEO's in Tulsa?

I am at work right now and my wife just called and pretty much said the same thing about our neighbors. We have never really had issues except for their dog barking for 10 hours straight. She did not want me to call the cops..... yet

Just thought of something, stinkbombs! If they are downwind you can bust a couple stinkbombs, they smell like rotten eggs. I got kicked off the bus when I was a kid of busting one open! It was awesome... until I got kicked off the bus.
