North Korea likely just set off a nuke

4.9 earthquake in the vicinity of their test site. This is likely the evidence of a nuke test, one that was warned against. What will happen to then now?
My guess? Nothing.

I wonder how much these tests cost. I bet the money could go toward better things like umm...i dont know. Maybe food!
They spend so much money on an outdated military that probably couldnt hold up to much smaller countries that dont hold the military as a major priority.

BUT what can we do as of now short of declaring war with them? I think S. Korea should make the decisions regarding N. Korea
