The only thing the Philly voter intimination case lacked was an intimidated voter.
But... aunt milley in elephantbutt, New Mexico became intiminated after watching this video on Fox a thousand times.
Guess what? To prove voter intimidation, you've got to find an intimidated voter, and you've got to find him in Philadephia. The video tape shows nothing but white voters walking into the polls(unintimidated) and walking back out the same way.

Wouldn't this be called voter intimidation(no blows were struck but people didn't get to vote either because of the intimidation/fear):
