Trust or individual. If individual, it should be very close. Mine were about a week ahead of you and transferred a couple of weeks ago.

I'd expect trust transfers to be about 3-5 weeks further out based on your submission date.

I hope I get my July submission as a Christmas present, but I'll bet it takes longer.

Individual submission. Guess I need to make a phone call to see if my paperwork is waiting on me but I'm probably not that lucky lol.

I really wish they had a sense of urgency! It's not like we submit these forms because we actually want to wait for forever until they finally tell us we can assemble our things..... Especially on a resubmitted form due to sn error, should be a same day approval... But then that would be too easy. Sorry for the rant OSA, just tired of waiting

I mean what are they actually doing? Its no more in depth than a NICs check is it?

Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from DOJ on my Form 1 for my DD MK18. Here is what it says:

"Firearm description varies with our records, see highlighted section(s). - Model registered as DDM4. Please verify."

My serial number starts with DDM4xxxxxx. Does anybody else with a factory DD remember what they put?

Take a picture of the entire set of marking, block out the s/n, and post it.

I will have to wait until Tuesday. The factory SBR is at Oklahoma Machine Guns waiting for my approval.

They used to be marked "M4 Carbine" but appears that they have switched to "Model DDM4". If your s/n is "DDM4XXXXXX" then your model is likely "DDM4".

Also, your first post says your Form 1 info was what was in question but your last post says it's a factory SBR which should transfer on a Form 4. Did you get it mixed up or was the wrong form submitted?
