I called today and was advised that the atf takes 7 months once they have received it and then they did not have a guess as to how long the fbi takes once they receive it from the atf.
Eight and a half months waiting on a Form 4. So naturally the government shuts down. They were sure enough quick when it came to cashing my $200 check.

I've heard of people getting electronic in as little as 13 days.
The way the ATF/FBI do this stuff is ridiculously stupid.
The 13 days is for efile form 1. Efile form 4 isn't available.
Yep, my can is on hold but that doesn’t bother me at all. Our country needs border security more than I need my new toy.
