Form 1 is for you to "manufacture" an SBR or a suppressor. For an SBR the above info is correct. For a form 1 suppressor you can buy everything, just don't drill anything out until you have the approved form 1 (running about 3 weeks right now). Once it's approved you can bore/clip yourself or you can have an SOT do it for you.

I contacted my representative on 10/21/20 because I had been told pending FBI check every time I called after the one year mark. Hopefully it doesn’t take them forever to mail my stamp out.

My dealer is getting approvals back around 5 months. Did you find out why yours took so long?
