I didnt see this water falling from the sky everyone on Facebook keeps talking about. Might have helped that I just woke back up from one of those unexpected naps that I hate so much.

Well, we did get about 5 minutes worth of beautiful, perfect, wonderful rain ... now it's just muggy ... blah! But that's fine! I'm still hearing a little thunder here and there so maybe all is not lost. Looks like the folks up around Mercy/Edmond way got quite a bit of rain ...

I got a full blown rain this morning in Moore. Complete with sunshine even! The rain lasted all of 5 minutes, but it was really commin down for a few. Been sprinkling off and on most of the afternoon with lightning, thunder and stuff but not enough wet to even put out a cigarette.

We got about a 5 minute rain shower in Shawnee.

I had to go out and roll up the car windows, so I stood out in it for awhile. It sure was nice.

Had to follow a big biker gang with their women folk on back, across 240 this afternoon and watch them take all 3 lanes and go 56mph in a 60. As soon as we got east of I 35 it came a frog strangler. All the biker babes got soaked and they couldn't pull off fast enough cause I'm sure it was slick as snot. And the big rain drops sounded like hail. Had to hurt.
