I am beginning to believe that stunt was simply for the cameras. Don claimed there would be a suit, yet zero follow up on it.

How's that lawsuit in Tulsa over the Oktoberfest going?

SB1401 was a bill that would clean up the loophole (the city is using) that would prevent events like Oktoberfest from blocking streets. In part the bill said : Any property, designated in statute, ordinance, resolution, policy or by use, that is designated by a city, town, county or state governmental authority as a street, plaza, sidewalk, alley,. Covid put a stop to this and other bills.

That was one of 8 Bills that Senator Wayne Shaw refused to hear in the Safety Committee. Shaw was over heard telling MDA that he would not hear one gun bill in his committee. Don Spencer of OK2A held a rally in Shows home town of Grove OK that over 150 members and non members attended. Blake Stephens who was endorsed by OK2A won the republican election beating Shaw by 2 to 1. Mr. Stephens is a real go getter and worked his tell of to retire Mr. Shaw.

There are other issues that are going on with this. What little I do know I don't believe it was a stunt.
