I don't want to discuss slab vs any other foundation. I'm looking for a company that installs sonotubes or builds piers to place beams on that will carry the floor joists. Does anyone know of a construction company that does this?

Any reason you you can't or won't do it yourself. Using the sonotubes is about the easiest part of building a cabin or structure. Rent a two man auger with size bit you need and auger the holes out. You can use the sonotubes alone or with the Bigfoot attachment in the link below. Bigger structure or high wides or uplift concerns use the Bigfoot with sonotubes. Set them in the hole, make sure they are completely vertical and backfill with dirt and compact. Set rebar in sonotubes and pour concrete. The hardest part which isn't hard is laying out your hold so the beams land on sonotubes squarely. The other "hard" part is to make sure the sonotubes are at the correct height/elevation when you pour the concrete. Sonotubes can be cut with a standard circular saw. Don underestimate yourself. Having a concrete guy do it will cost you several thousand at least depending on number you require.
