Why did the warden dump them out at 40'? Cover for the fish?

Prolly for cover. Dept does it all the time. This way they didn't have to haul it to the dump, it provided cover and nobody will noodle it at 40'.....not even with scuba......at least not at Lake Carl Mudwell.

Noodling drums. You can't put out anything to attract them, like open top drums, or what looks to me to be some AC ducts.

apparently the warden found them in the shallow water and moved them to the deeper water.... at least that is what I got out of his post...

A noodler maybe baiting a hole per say.... noodling is easier if you set some nice catfish condos for the cats to nest in???
