Not sure if this has been discussed already but didn't want bring up an old thread and upset anyone.

Apparently in 2022 there is a new law where you can ride scooters and motorized bikes of a certain size on the street and they are treated as bikes.


Originally I read it was up to 50cc. But I just looked and I think it may be up to 80cc. Does anyone know for sure? That makes scooters like the old Honda elite legal.

The law hasn't changed much since the 60's when 50CC's and 14 yrs old was legal to ride the Hondas.
Cops didn't know the difference, so we all got the Honda 90's. Ponca City rat pack. LOL.
The big difference is the EV's and disabled.
Well the law has changed in 2022. You no longer need a license, insurance or tag.
