Interesting. I went straight to oscn and section 47 and it says this. Where is that pic from?

I use a computer program called "Snag It" to get screen shots of anything I want. It lets me configure a "box" around the area that I want to make an image of, and I used it to take the "image" from OSCN's site. That site is in the area of the website entitled "Legal Research," then under "Oklahoma Law" I choose "Statutes" and look up the number of the statute.

This is where those links take me.

OSCN Legal Research and Statutes

Oklahoma Statute 47-1-133-3 at OSCN

When I worked at the OSBI, I spent a lot of time in OSCN's legal research for statutes.

I see. Looks like the downloadable pdf versions from oscn website say 80cc and the online versions say 50cc. It probably doesn't matter though. Doubt anyone will notice on a little tiny engine. Thanks for the research.

I think the difference is 80cc for a bicycle that has an internal combustion engine and 50cc for everything else. Then you have to lookup the definition for what is considered a bicycle.

That might be the case. Didn't think of that. If doing a bicycle engine probably just go 100cc. Doubt anyone is pulling over bicycles and analyzing displacement
