My neighbor has a guy who works for him that was/is a drunk degenerate. He lost his license and is stalling on ‘he said’ about $30K in fines and penalties before he can get his license back.

Anyway he rides a bicycle with a small motor on it back and forth to work.

Huzzah! Now i can get around "The Man" and his freaky rules ! --- Are they exempt from DUI's too?

I think it might written that you can't have gears. Also I believe you can get a DUI on a bicycle. Not sure if you can get one a kayak though.

I don’t have a problem with him being a degenerate.
Just using ‘his’ term of description for himself.
