Optional barrels for a Mossberg 500 in 410

I have this shotgun I bought for my recoil sensitive granddaughter but it has a full choke barrel on it.
I’d like to get a different choked barrel I could swap out for her to bird hunt with. I checked around and I’m either too stupid to find one or I’m looking in the wrong place.

Any of you guys want to help this moron with a link to one?

I have run into similar problem for .410s. There just arent a lot of options for .410s. Good luck

There is a cylinder bore and a modified on eBay. I’m going to guess that the CB one has been cut down but could be from a home defense model.

I looked at Mossberg.com day before yesterday and didn’t find anything.
Went and did the exact same search today and found this.

Do you like the little mossberg? Is it bantam size? I’ve considered buying one.

I’ve got a .410 SxS threaded for chokes. I like to run full/mod in it for small game. Mod/imp cyl for clays.

Obviously full is most common on .410s because it suffers pattern density issues at distance

Haven’t shot it yet. I know I need to. But I bought it for my granddaughter who is recoil sensitive who will probably shoot the short 2.5” shells.

Back when i shot clays i always used full choke in both my 410 and 12 ga's it lets you reach out a little farther.

Beware! You need to know the distance from chamber to barrel bolt.
They make more than one style of barrel and they DON'T interchange.
