My 17 year old daughter is always on the go, and I discovered this morning that she has a low tire (as in almost flat) on her Jeep. I’ve called a few tire stores, and it appears none are open on Christmas Eve. She hasn’t got up yet for me to tell her, and I’m dreading telling her we can’t get it fixed until Monday. I’m pretty sure in teenage time that equates to about a month. :rolleyes2
Maybe even 6 weeks haha...I have one that'll be 17 next month, I understand!

Our 30 year old son is coming home today, and I’m betting my daughter will be trying to talk him out of the keys to his new Lexus SUV. I’m also betting that he’s going to hurt her feelings with his answer. :rollingla

Can you get video to share with us?

Today is our Christmas "dinner" since we won't really be having any big get-togethers for Christmas itself. Wife's oldest sister is over and we will have dinner (lunch) at the youngest son's house. Sister had offered to take us all out for dinner (lunch), but we decided we didn't want to deal with restaurants on Christmas Eve, so we decided to have it here.

No big celebrations for tomorrow other than to go to church. My only concern for tomorrow is that the wife's and my 54th wedding anniversary is tomorrow, and I'm afraid that our preacher might announce such during services. They know about our anniversary because they provided us with some "early anniversary cookies" last week.

Since the boys have grown and gone off on their own, we don't really do Christmas present opening, and besides, the wife and I tend to buy things we want earlier in the year and thus don't worry about doing gifts for each other. My "gifts" for this year was a new cell phone, a firearm, and a new camera bag for my Nikon Z6.

Happy Anniversary to @TerryMiller .....

Merry Christmas to all. We are gathering at the home of one of our daughters for a late lunch, then to Christmas Eve service before heading back to her home for presents, snacks, and much laughter. Then after church tomorrow morning, it's going to be "Really Laid Back" for the rest of the day.

Happy 54th anniversary! Just lay low at the church service and sit somewhere other than where you usually do and maybe he won't mention it lol.
In today's society of short marriages and quick divorces over the most trivial of things, you and the Mrs should be celebrating having stayed together for 54 years. It is something that should be held aloft for others to see in the hopes that they will emulate it. Congratulations ❤️

I've been down in my back for a couple days, old oilfield injury that pop's up couple times a year so that's been fun. I'd rather be coyote hunting but in no shape to

My daughter's & their families will be here at 3 for our Christmas celebration along with my gay liberal attorney brother in law, we're all very conservative working class folks so that's always an interesting dynamic.

Have a guy fresh out of boot camp trying to buy my Corvette, I've told him the woes of Corvette ownership but so far it hasn't swayed him.

My son's friend got him a custom pillow made for Christmas that has me photoshopped with Hitler in France. I asked why & he said " cause it's funny " .... I don't understand youth

Anyway hope everyone is doing good and staying safe and has a blessed Christmas tomorrow

I posted in another thread that my wife inadvertently got me a smoker for Christmas, and I put it together and got it seasoned.
It’s a Masterbuilt 560 digital charcoal grill/smoker.
I’ve never had a smoker before and am looking forward to learning the process.
I’m going to smoke a roast tomorrow before I attempt a brisket.
