Strange times in the desert today. Temps dropped into the low 50’s with rain and small hail from the front coming in from the Pacific. Supposed to drop a lot of snow in the higher elevations while working it’s way East.
Yeah, we are suppose to get some heavy rain around 1am this morning. Then back to wintry weather this weekend with freezing temps and some snow up here on Grand.
Good morning everyone. My wife reserved a little cabin for us this weekend around Eureka Springs. I’m looking forward to getting away for a couple of days. After she showed me the reservation, I didn’t feel like it was a good idea to give her the recipe book that I got her for Valentine’s Day so I guess I’ll be doing some shopping today. In my own defense, the recipe book had a picture of a heart on the cover.

Wow, this crazy wind. I was driving past Crest’s a little earlier and someone’s valentine’s balloon got loose and three guys jumped out of their pickups and shot it down.
