Here, but occasionally There.
I agree on the wind. Wife and I went to do our mall walking earlier, and when we came back out of the mall, this leaf hit me in the side of the head. It must have been the edge of the leaf because it smarted just a bit.

Now, we are getting to experience a wee bit of rocking with the wind shaking the RV home. My shaving mirror is mounted on the inside of the door of our medicine cabinet at the side of our bathroom sink. While trying to shave this morning, the cabinet door kept moving back and forth and I almost cut myself.

All things considered, I'm thinking of taking my shoes off and taking a nap. Probably be safer that way.

The wind is definitely crazy around here today! There’s white caps on the mud puddles. I dropped a bale of hay in the pasture this morning. While cutting the netting off, the top 1/4 of the hay blew off and hit me in the face. I looked like the Straw Man from the Wizard of Oz by the time that I got the hay on the ground.

I’m getting close to finishing up the job I’ve been on but had two unrelated breakdowns yesterday that can’t be resolved until the shop that builds hydraulic hoses and the welding shop open tomorrow morning, so since I’m off and have the time, I decided to smoke a roast today.
It looks like it’s going to be a nice day here in east TX.

Have a rack of ribs set out to braise but your post inspired me to dust off the smoker. May have to throw in some chicken thighs as well daughter is bringing my grandbabies over so a good day is a brewing.

Looks good! Need to get the initial "burn off" done in my new smoker so I can try it out
