I have some nice bird feeders located just outside about 4’ from my desk and computer. For nearly 30 years I’ve been taking pictures of my visitors there and around our 5 acres and uploading to my website. ** the Tyny Goat Ranch - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,USA--Pygmy and Nigerian Dwarf Goats Since I have about 50 different birds captured on film it’s not often I get a ‘new’ one like I did this bunting yesterday.

Wow. Another “new” bird here today. That’s 2 new ones for this month. After 50-60 pics it isn’t often I see a new one. This one is here probably from all the wet weather. Saw him fishing in our creek.

My youngest painted his grandma's house last summer in exchange for his grandpa's old truck. My FIL has been dead since 2006, and the truck hasn't been driven in 15ish years, so who knows how this project will go! We pulled it home today (just a few blocks), first steps are new battery and fuel pump and hopefully it will be movable easier at least. 1988 F150 5.0/automatic.

My wife doesn’t really nag, but she’s been ”mentioning” for a while that she wanted me to wash down the outside of our barn. Well, since we have family coming in for my daughter’s graduation on Friday, I got off my lazy @ss and did it, and it looks pretty good. While I had all the buckets and washing stuff out, I went ahead and washed two of my trucks. I thinks it been at least two years since the 2011 F250 has been clean.

On a different subject, my auto insurance renews on June 1, and my premiums have gone up considerably. I‘ve been with this company for 20 years and have never shopped anywhere else, but I decided to check around this year.
Holy Sh*t!!! Germania quoted me $3000/year less for the identical coverage, and I can get another 15% off if I let them have my home owners policy too. I’ve always heard it’s good to shop around every couple years, but I hate doing it. Now I feel like a fool for probably overpaying for years.:censored:

I'm a huge fan of USAA. Always rated in the top of insurance companies.
We got our latest annual bill and it's 2X last years with zero claims over 10 years. WTF?
I understand inflation at 6%, but double?
We will be looking.
As another part of your advice, we found going to the phone store every 6 months and getting the latest program has resulted in our unlimited program with AT&T dropping $75 a month and getting another 10 gig of hotspot.
They will never inform you if there is a cheaper plan, just keep charging the same old higher rate.
