Our flight back from Nashville today went off without a hitch. Glad to be back in Oklahoma.

Good day today! My wife's cousin and I left out early, met up with @OkieJoe72 in W'ford for a trading session (always good to see you!), then hightailed it for Sapulpa to meet with @zipty6 for the first time. Both good guys to deal with!
Stopped at Razoo's once back in OKC for lunch, then on to Village Tactical and Sooner State Pawn for a visit. Saw my first Calico 22 in a long time at SSP. Then on to cabinet warehouse to grab a pantry for the house project (don't ask how THAT is going
). And headed back west.
Randomness along the way: almost saw a semi take out a SUV/camper trailer; saw cops had a vehicle blocked in at McD's drive thru window on south side of turnpike between Chandler and Stroud; almost ran over some cattle out in road 15 minutes after leaving; came out of Loves at Hinton exit to see a black Kia Soul parked by us shortly after the Amber Alert went out (tags didn't match); got passed by a random F250 on I-40 and guy stuck his head/arm out the pass window to stare at me and flip me off

I spent all day yesterday at one of the deer leases I do clearing work for, and only three members had been out to see what they needed done ahead of time. I ended up only getting 4 hours work and donating 5 hours of my time. I’m either going to have to go up on my machine time or starting charging for my time.

@clintbailey It was good to meet up with you again. Sounds like you had an eventful road trip.
Better than boring, as long as it doesn't involve me! And the guy flipping me off for no reason, there's too much road rage crap going down to get involved in something that isn't a direct threat.
Update on this post. While we made it to Wichita Falls and did the two above procedures, we finally got our database to work yesterday. So, we went out to start work, but one of the systems on the van started giving us errors and crashing with a "Critical Error" message. So, now we are in a hotel in the Tulsa area waiting for them to check everything out at the office tomorrow. With luck, we will be headed back to Wichita Falls sometime tomorrow.
All I can say is, "We'll see."
