I agree, this would be a great thing to do.

How do you think would be best? A thread in the OSA business section, or some kind of link/page on the home page?

I also like the idea of changing their title to reflect their sacrifice. And then add the link to the Honor Roll in their signature.

The way I've seen it done is to make a Remembrance section (in between our "Photo Album" and "Suggestion Box", for example (though could be placed anywhere)) and then the topics posted within that section are titled after the person's name. That way it's an open thread that allows anybody to share heartwarming or funny stories about that person, or at least leave their best wishes.
