I'm sorry but the customer service in there has been so bad for years that they'll never see a dime of my money.

I agree that the old guys are not good at customer service. I only deal with Chris when I go in there. It is a shame to see it go down hill. I really do hope they turn it around.

The sign says they open for business at 9:15am.
It was 9:36am and the doors were still locked.

It matters which door you try to open. The left side has been locked for years for some reason.

Exactly what I yelled before being escorted out of the store. probably why they no longer let me in.

I had to buy a hacksaw at twice the price to free my girlfriend from the bed. My wife is still pissed, as she arrived home first.
Needless to say, I walk with a limp now and can no longer pee standing up.

The sign is up and looking better than ever. They can't get guns in fast enough to sit on much inventory but they are still playing catch up. Only guys I deal with are Chris, Steve, and Mike and they are all still there. Duke finally retired (at age 84) and is riding his Harley all over the country. He was in Boston last week and I'm told he is heading west now. I hope I make it to 84 and that ole grouch is riding his Harley! Goo for him.
