here's mine; not that fancy. It's built into a standard size closet in my quilting room.

hey, my quilts have won me more money than my shooting (0). An my cookie baking room is called a "kitchen"

And I've been in your workshop, it's awfully fancy schmancy, but without central heating, you must have a lot of space heaters to keep it ok in this weather.

The quickest and easiest way for me was the use of standard kitchen cabinets with either 3/4" plywood or counter top:
