I have a friend (not a gun guy) send me pics of two guns. I know the one, Luger, but not the other, I’m sure I’ve seen one like before, but don’t remember anything about it. I’ll pass any info on to him. Thanks.

That first ones tricky. It has Belgium proof marks, and although it's similar to a browning, it's definitely not a 1900. Perhaps a Chinese knock-off? Yes...they were doing that even way back then.

First time I've ever googled a gun, and had no information available besides auctions. Rare bird indeed! I'd be appreciative of any developing info. Your "none gun guy" buddy has quite a pair there.

Looks like your non-gun guy buddy possibly inherited some cool old WWI bring bags. That Broomhandle Mauser with the nine in the handle on either side was made for World War I production. Cool old guns

Apparently my friend has a bunch of old and odd guns from his great grandfather. Here is the latest one. It sort of looks like an Arizmendi Francisco, but not exactly, but really close, probably just a different model. Note the ass-backward folding trigger and stubby hammer. I found it only by scrolling through 1000’s of pics, it been fun but frustrating.
