Do you feel the same about alcohol? If not, why not?

Do not question The Rick. We are lucky to have his teachings, he cares deeply for each and every one of us. Once you accept his teachings you too will understand that he's only trying to protect us, for he has seen studies and known people and through this combination of knowledge he has become morally superior to us all.

I am endeavoring to put together a tome of his teachings for posterity. Many years from now the children will read The Gospel of RickN and know the true and proper way to live.

If you are only drinking to get wasted, yes I do.

So, if people aren't smoking to get stoned off their arss, is that okay then?

When is drinking okay then? Regardless if you have a glass of wine/beer with dinner or are tossing back shots you're getting intoxicated.

Drinking is inebriating regardless of your reason. Just like smoking is.

Wrong!!! Most people can handle a glass of wine or a beer, drink with dinner or after without getting intoxicated. I have yet to see anyone smoke a joint without getting wasted.

Just because they can "handle" it doesnt mean they arent intoxicated. Any alcoholic drink will raise you BAC which is intoxication, anything above .0000 IS intoxication. You cannot have a drink without being intoxicated, whether overly intoxicated or not. Alcohol in your system is alcohol in your system regardless of how well you "handle" it.

In my short time on this earth I have seen plenty of people take A bong hit or A bowl hit and not be high as a kite. Same thing with a joint. Just like alcohol people have different tolerance levels.

Just curious, how many joints have you witnessed smoked? Was it laced with a harder drug, do you know that for a fact it wasn't? Do you have personal experience in partaking to testify by?

Yes to all of the above, then I outgrew the need.

Same here. My experience was not the same as yours. We'll have to agree to disagree. :dunno:

Give it 20 to 30 years. :D :D

Your last line earned more of my respect then most of the pro-pot folks here. Too many seem to take it personal that I do not agree with legalizing drugs. How one guy on an internet forum can twist so many panties into a knot by disagreeing with something none of us have any control over is amazing. :D :D

On a serious note,
