Better than my church putting up a gun-busters sticker on the door coincidentally the week after the bill was passed without any discussion that I heard...
I would be bringing it up for some open discussion. Who made the decision? Why? I may be finding another church.
Way back in the '60s, we arrived for church one Sunday morning, sometime during the week the Pastor had put a long list of "not alloweds" on the front door. (guys - long hair, jeans, holes in pants, tennis shoes, etc.; girls - short skirts, low necklines, sandals, make-up, etc.) Dad stopped, looked at the door and told the Pastor "good day, we won't be back" We had crew cuts and were in suit and tie, but a church is for the soul, not politics or bias.
