Well, if they were an American territory that yesterday voted in favor of citizenship...

Looks like it was an interesting two-part vote.

Since I started the thread, I think it's time to either make them a state, or grant them independence. I'm not keen on maintaining unrepresented colonies all over the hemisphere. Since they want in, let Congress begin the process to decide in our out.
