While reloading this weekend, my universal hand primer broke. The little stud that holds the spring in place broke. Called RCBS today to order a new one, fully expecting to pay. Much to my suprise they are sending me the parts required to repair it at no charge. That is great customer service in my opinion. Just thought I would share.

I've heard good things from others about RCBS C/S. One old reloader told me he had an old press that was getting worn and loose. He called up RCBS and they sent him a rebuild kit for free.
Yep always been great to me.
