Can anyone recommend a Real Estate Agent you know or have used that is willing to do the work to get a old school that has been partially turned into a residential house that needs sold to get it sold?
The place is 18,000 sq ft, has a gym and I think it is a 240 or 260 seat auditorium. Needs work and has a lot of steps. If I was 20 or so years younger I would not be here asking.
I would make myself a castle.
TO BE CLEAR, I AM ASKING FOR A 3RD PARTY, you know, the owners. They had it listed with a place that sure made it hard to find to sell. Oh the school is in Burbank. I have no idea if that matters or not.
