One last item: I function tested the gun to make sure I hadn't screwed it up and it would still shoot. Yep; lucky is as lucky does! Me likey!

Yeah, I thought the grips were a nice touch too. I got 'em on eBay for like $20. They're G10's; a knock off on VZ Frags. I used Johnson's Paste Wax on it this evening to seal it up good. Gave it a little "worn look" on the edges...like you'll get from holster wear. I'm gonna leave well enough alone for awhile and see how she does. This gun is a great shooter, they just didn't do much cosmetically to make it look good. I've got right at 1,000 .22lr rounds through it and it eats anything but Winchester Bulk Crap. I figure I've already more then paid for the gun in ammo savings alone. I may buy another one while they are so cheap.
