I've carried concealed for years across the country including in DC. The important thing to remember is concealed and avoid LEO contacts. It really doesn't matter what the law is, it's what the officer you are interacting with believes it is.

Charlie that might be the worst advice ever... While it may have worked for you, and may work almost every time for anyone, you're still recommending that people consider breaking the law, possibly federal law, which, its by nature, bad advice.
