Yeah, plain ol' K frame grips don't fit the model 12. Trust me, i had one back in the day. It had factory magnas on it. I bought a $100 set of factory combats gor it and they didn't fit.

Those were the days. That same set of combats could be 200+ now

Edit: Looks like the OP's 12-3 may be a round butt rather than square. If so, disregard.
