Zimmerman needs to step away from the spotlight. He is not the one to be saying these things - too polarizing at a time when we do not need polarization.
And completely out of line to call anyone a baboon.

That's ridiculous. Everyone knows he's an orangutan, not a baboon.

yes, because using historically racist language to criticize the president is always a great way to make a point and keep the issue in focus.

better not take away from a good ol Obama insult spree.
everyone knows that calling a black man a baboon or orangutan is not racist...it's heritage.

back on topic...
This gun regulation talk after tragedies like these is nonsense.
That man would likely have murdered those folks with a steak knife.. had he needed/wanted to use one.
And he could have.... they didn't pay any attention to him... he had his gun pointed at her!! no reaction...

This shooting was absolutely about race because the shooter was a racist as well as a prime example of the perpetually offended class of people that we have running around.

My only question is: What monuments are we going take down? What flags are we gonna ban? How will we rewrite the history books, in the name of "racial justice".

No justice, no peace!

A provocative analysis:

RACE BAITING + ENTITLEMENT = VERY ANGRY PEOPLE
...former colleagues describe Flanagan as a problematic employee, who was repeatedly reprimanded for his harsh treatment of coworkers, and complained racism was behind harsh evaluations of his work.

“He just had a history of playing the race card,” former WTWC anchor Dave Leval told The Daily Beast. “I know he did that in Tallahassee a couple of times…”

We have all encountered angry, entitled individuals like this. They aren’t just toxic to work with; they’re potentially dangerous. We typically give them wide berth, just to avoid the hurling of hurtful “racism!” accusations and potential violence that simmers just below the surface. Individuals like this may get reprimanded or bounced around (for the sanity of coworkers) but they rarely get fired, for fear of lawsuits. This television station was frankly brave to fire the guy.

On a broader level, Flanagan is a sad but ineluctable product of the progressive left’s incessant race-baiting and claims of minority entitlement. He is, essentially, the love child of Al Sharpton and President Obama (with Elizabeth Warren as the surrogate).
