I didn't say anything about legally. The overwhelming majority of people with mental health issues, don't even come close to the spectrum that can fall under a legal definition, at least currently.

OK, strike out "legally" and I still stand by the sentence. One does not have to be insane to be violent or committed to violent action though certain types of violence do suggest great visceral hatred.
