I think there are more crooked politicians than police officers per capita, and people need to be more respectful of the police in our society, they risk their lives, get shot, hit by passing cars, are falsely charged/accused, beat up, attacked by dogs and still they are courteous when they pull us over.

Talk to your doc about PT and follow it through. Very glad your outcome is a good one!
Not bad considering. Not much voice, I still talk in a whisper, lips are "sort of" numb. Occasional headaches, tire easily, can't walk very far without resting or sitting. But overall pretty good.
So, is the wife happy with the diminished voice????
