yep green is the peak of ripeness.. just bite into one..

The sand plums are usually ready a few months ago..I missed them by 3 weeks ..showed up only to find 1 left and all dried up.

Sand Plums and Elderberries are just now getting ripe in the NE Okie sector.

Looks like you took that picture in my back yard. During the drought years, I had to put a bunch of water to my tree or it started dropping fruit bad. It's holding on to most of it this year.

Pretty sure the May 2nd freeze got all the sandplums here in sw Oklahoma

We had zero plums here, but the blackberries put on a bumper crop this year.

Our Sand Plum crop looks to be doing pretty good so far this year. Just curious what do y'all charge for Sand Plums? Also...nice way to skip the classifieds..
