I got some groups all green and some getting sun burnt red. Some thickets are loaded and some bare. Anybody close to me that wants some hit me up. I bet the large majority will be ready in a few weeks but some already falling off now and getting eat by wildlife.

If anybody wants to try n make wine or jelly I'm game.

We just found a patch of plums only a mile from the house that I've never noticed before, they look about like those.................the kids have a couple of friends over for the afternoon too.........so I know what we're going to be dong later... lot's of hands make the picking go faster!:)

Alright, I've been in OK for about 18 months now and have never heard of sand plums before... is there another name they go by? Comments in this thread make them sound fantastic, but this was the first I had heard of them...

They are fantastic when made into jelly with lots and lots of sugar! If you don't like someone get them to eat one off the bush though.
