It is like a snail.. creeping its way through the legislative process.... wouldn't be surprised that since her office has been getting so many calls for & against the bill that she just signs it right away to stop all the calls.

That would be great and then all the OKC stations can start howling and whining.

no. Let's not forget she is reviewing many many other bills that have and are still arriving on her desk. Many of which are of huge importance to our state.
