Scope recommendation?

Look at the Zeiss Conquest. I think clearer the the VX III.

Just a thought , I have a .243 and a .260 both topped with a Burris 3 x 9 fullfield. Both are Ruger mod 77 mk-2 .They look like youth mod. guns but fit me perfectly. I can easily get .5" groups @ 100 yds. and have killed hogs.deer and coyotes as far as 300 yds. These scopes have the ballistic reticule and sell for around $200-

Thanks again for all the input. I really like Zeiss, for sure, but again he's a big Leupold fan.

Right now, I'm thinking 3.5-10X50 or 4.5-14X50 in the VX3.

I have at least 10 Leupold scopes including VX II, Vari X, VX III and Mark 4s.

I'm happy with all of them; even with a VX II 3-9X40 I have on a 375 H&H Magnum with which I took an African Wildcat and a Jackal at night.

Bushnell Elite's are damn good scopes and they won't require you to mortgage your house when purchasing one.

That's good to hear. I've been really wanting to try one of their 6500 series for a varmint rifle.

The downside to Bushnell scopes is that their warranty support is less than elite at least in my experience.
