Or electric. After watching propane go sky high every winter I finally went totally electric in 2000. Have never regreted it yet.

BBB is squat compared to what the Oklahoma Corporation Commission can do. You need to contact the OCC especially the two up for re-election and tell them your story. They can mess with them more than the BBB can.

I did just that. Our house was built in the year 2000 and the next winter the power was off for 12 days. Big ice storm. We never had a problem. We heat our house with wood and our stove has a cook top where we kept hot water going as well as cooked all our meals. I actually kind of liked it. Can't say that for my wife!
