If you want to get in the front of the line on a customer service issue, try calling them out on twitter. Public shaming usually helps improve customer service resolution with larger companies.
Since when did OGE start selling gas? I've worked for them for 33 years and this is the first I've heard of it...Learn something new everyday..I think you mean OG&E as they have the gas monopoly in Enid, not ONG.
(It's been a while since I lived there)

Well it's back on.
Sounds like somebody screwed up. They had to have gone to the wrong address. Still no excuse for the no notice. Hope they get your service back on quickly.

Well if they were at the wrong house that justifies the no notice now doesn't it? The notices likely went to the right house...
Yes I did, they are supposed to send a tech out today to get it turned back on. They had no clue why they came and took the meter and shut the gas off. Im mostly pissed because our stove and hot water heater are gas so we cant cook or take hot showers until they come turn it back on. Had this been the winter I'd be even more irate.
It's 105 outside, why would you want to take a hot shower. Im kidding and I understand, ONG did the same to me and I had proof that the bill was paid. The bad part is that it was winter and had no heat for one night and half of a day because of a mistake. All they said was, sorry. Im not very fond of utility people either.
