If you want to fix income taxes, eliminate withholding and have taxpayers write a check to the tax man each payday.yep, also if you get a refund because you over payed its then also taxed.
I think thats whats caused a lot of the problems, the gov's got to much money.

So the disabled who get .gov assistance shouldn't be asked to pay taxes? Then cut the assistance. That's a two way street. Nobody forced them to sign that line. They volunteered.

Every reference I can find says Oklahoma is one of 38 states that has no estate tax, so estates in Oklahoma are only subject to the Federal death tax, which only applies to estates with a value exceeding a bit more than $12M.
