I finally picked up something worthy of posting in this thread.....
Springfield Trophy Match.....First 1911 style gun I've ever owned.
This thing was pretty on the outside and filthy on the inside, didn't look like it had ever been cleaned.
Nice and tight though, pick up some ammo tomorrow and head out to dirty it up again.

I was incredibly close to buying those grips. how do you like them?


Truthfully, I wanted to use my black VZ Operators but they weren't ambi-cut so I kept the 4x4's.

The 4x4's are nice but not quite as much "bite" as the operators and a skunch thicker (yes, a skunch!)

I will probably keep them on there until I find a good deal on some Operators.
