So this is my first year hunting and new to the forum... I have been bow hunting ft Gibson and been close to several deer but not close enough. I want to do some rifle hunting. I'm thinking skiatook since they dont have a sex restriction and I don't want to do shotgun (I live in Broken arrow) I dont much care for my treestand rather stalk with a call. Anyways I am wondering if there are deer in enough number for me to hopefully get my first deer. I have had to teach myself everything via internet (so if there are any tutors available on tues or weds I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm 30 btw)

There is no way I would hunt on ANY wma during rifle season and walk and call. Great way to get yourself killed. Way too many itchy trigger fingers out there. I hunt a lot of Wednesday mornings on Ft. Gibson. If you need some help out there let me know...
