My favorite part other than propane tank indoors was lets toss it all on a combustible 4x8 sheet. I mean I guess next year you will have a new kitchen is one positive.

Yep, Ansul systems get tested more often than people think. Not to mention there's generally stainless steel flashing everywhere, with a grease trap vent hood system.

We used a variant of the Ansul systems at the coal fired power plant in the coal dust suppression.
