Spotlight/Flashlight recommendations ?

Check out the Fenix PD35. It's a pocket sized light. Runs on either 123 batteries or an 18650 rechargeable battery. I think it's 800 lumens.

I have this on one of my rifles and I love it. About as bright as one would need for most conditions...

The O-light M21x is 750 lumens and can be found for about $60. It can run on a single rechargeable 18650 or 2 cr123's. The M22 is 950 lumens and takes the same batteries. I also highly recommend the Hexbright. 600 lumens, sturdy as heck and runs on a rechargeable with a built in charger. All you need is a micro USB port.

ya, a small flashlight like Fenix will brighten anyones night. I don't know that I would suggest it for "flood" type lighting though. I love me some fenix flashlights, I have 3.

What do you use for a mount? Do you change out the tail cap for a pressure switch?

I'm also looking at the Nitecore P12.

Wicked Laser makes a light called the torch. It's stuffed in a 4-D maglite body. At 4,100 Lumens, it's not only bright as hell, it's a good fire starter

Stay away from this torch. I received it as a gift. It is really as bright as they say and it will easily burn things, but it's only good for a few minutes and then it's too hot to hold and dies out in no time anyway. It's a novelty item and not a serious light.

Olight M22 would be my recommendation.
