I agree. Any company can produce a product that has issues. It's what they do to resolve the issues that matter. SA has been around for a long time and they take care of their customers.

Mark I sent mine off several weeks ago. I didn't ever receive the email saying they received it, like I was told I would. I emailed them a week ago asking for an update and I didn't get a response either. I applaud them stepping up and taking care of the issue, but it shouldn't mean their customer service just disappears. I have owned many XD's and I am a little upset that they have failed to communicate. Yes, I understand they are probably overwhelmed right now but still... at least send a generic email response.
