I think she was justified, he even swung at her with the knife. But she fled the scene, and I'm assuming there is a law that makes that illegal in Texas. And if so, she should be charged with that.

I keep running that through my head too... But I bet there will be an exception to the case. Woman is attacked, kills attacker, doesn't know if more attackers are present... I bet she'll be ok. I'd be more curious what role the whole "taking pictures on the cell phone" go over lol

I do know that Poochie needed that knife to open that umbrella, but then, I had taken the time to ask Poochie.

It's possible that Poochie was asking her to use that knife in his hand to help him open that umbrella.
