Stripped or assembled uppers in OKC/Tulsa?

Hey guys any of you know where I could possibly get a Stripped or Assembled (FA and Dust Cover) AR upper? Anyone have the Surplus Arms in stock, or something?

Cold Hand Arms has uppers. I know Steve carries Delton uppers but I believe he has others as well. Call him first.
